SCHEDULE
The first start is scheduled for the 4th September 2009 at 13.00. Next races will follow. It is intended to sail eight (8) races. With less then 4 races sailed no discard. From 4 to 8 races sailed 1 discard. With 8 races completed 2 discards.

RULES & REGULATIONS
The races will be governed by :
The Rules as defined in RRS .
The Italian Sailing Federation (FIV) prescriptions.
The Class Rules except as amended by this Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions.
The Sailing Instructions will be available at the race office of Fraglia Vela Riva from 09.00 hrs to 12.00 hrs on the 04/09/09.

ELIGIBILITY
Are eligible to race all the sailors who hold and carry a current and valid FIV membership card for Italian and are member of the Class.
Foreign sailors must follow the rules of their own National Authority. Boats must carry a valid measurement certificate, conform to Class Rules.

LIABILITY
Competitors participate in this event entirely at their own risk. The Fraglia Vela Riva together with the Race Committee and the Jury decline all and any responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs to people or equipment/things as a result of participation at this event, weather this occurs ashore or afloat. Competitors are reminded that the onus lies upon them to ascertain that their insurance covers all risks, including third party.

INSURANCE
All boats competing in the Riva Soling Regatta shall have third party insurance cover of not less than € 1.000.000,00 or equivalent thereof in any other currency for any accident.

SCORING SYSTEM
The Low -Point Scoring System will apply.

PRIZES
It will be prized the first three classified of the open ranking and the first three Italian sailors of the open ranking for the Italian Championship.

Entry forms must be sent on-line through the website www.fragliavelariva.it
The entry form must be filled in paying attention to the unavoidable fields in red and sent clicking on SEND at the bottom of the entry form. All entries when confirmed will be displayed on the event website. Inclusion on this notice can be considered as acceptance of entry. Registration’s completion and fee’s payment by Fraglia

La partenza della 1° prova verrà data alle ore 13.00 del 4/9/2009. Le altre a seguire. Sono previste se possibile 8 prove.
Con meno di 4 prove nessuno scarto. Da 4 a 8 prove disputate 1 scarto. Con 8 prove disputate 2 scarti.

REGOLAMENTO DI REGATA
Le regate saranno sottoposte al Regolamento di regata RRS, alle prescrizioni della F.I.V., alle regole delle Classi, con le eventuali modifiche apportate dal Bando di regata e dalle Istruzioni di Regata.
Le Istruzioni di Regata saranno a disposizione dei concorrenti presso la Segreteria della Fraglia della Vela Riva dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 12.00 del 04/09/2009.

AMMISSIONE
Per essere ammessi alle regate i concorrenti dovranno essere in regola con il tesseramento alla F.I.V. o con le regole delle Federazioni di appartenenza. Le barche dovranno essere in possesso di regolare certificato di stazza o di conformità. Per partecipare al Campionato è necessario essere regolarmente iscritti alla Classe.

RESPONSABILITA'
I concorrenti prendono parte alle gare a loro rischio. La Fraglia della Vela ed i vari Comitati di Regata e Giurie declinano ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità per danni che dovessero derivare a persone e/o cose, sia in terra che in mare, in conseguenza della partecipazione alle competizioni. Competerà pertanto ai concorrenti di contrarre tutte le assicurazioni necessarie per coprire ogni e qualsiasi rischio, compresi quelli verso terzi.

ASSICURAZIONE
Tutte le imbarcazioni che parteciperanno nella Riva Soling Regata dovranno essere coperte da assicurazione responsabilità civile verso terzi con un massimale di almeno € 1.000.000,00.

SISTEMA DI PUNTEGGIO
Sarà applicato il punteggio minimo.

PREMIAZIONI
Verranno premiati i primi tre classificati della classifica generale e i primi tre italiani per il podio del Campionato Italiano.

E’ preferibile l’iscrizione on line attraverso il sito www.fragliavelariva.it .
La conferma dell’iscrizione sarà l’apparizione nell’elenco iscritti alla regata. Il perfezionamento dell’iscrizione ed il pagamento si potranno effettuare dalle ore 9:00 del 04/09/09 presso la segreteria della Fraglia.
