| The club here is not as huge as in Argentina, but nice designed and very friendly organized by all the employees…and there are a lot doing the restaurant, the facilities and the boats.
For sure, a perfect breakfast is the best start for a successful day, but don`t forget the lunch!
That`s why your gastro-tester Roman is on the way for the “guide de manger de Soling” to test for you to survive a whole day under this special circumstances.
A breakfast on the terrace with a view to the harbor is not everybodies thing, but your tester enjoyed it a lot, also due to the temperatures of 28 degrees at 8 am.
So it should be something light: fresh orange juice, mineral water, and a double-decker toast with cheese and ham. An additional tip is the triple-decker, which is enriched with some vitamins from different veggies.
As a coffee you normally have only one choice: from my brothers machine, which he gonna take to Porto Alegre, but the “Espress-coffee” here is really strong and wakes you up for sure.
If you take your time for the breakfast you can stay here and switch without break to an early lunch from the buffet, which is on the weekends really big and fulfills nearly all wishes.
During the week, your “masters choice” was like follows:
- Spaghetti pesto with fresh parmeggiano
- Spinach, bake and crunchy spinacchi
- Filled ground beef roll with ham and cheese baked on top
- Peach-crème-cake with special bottom
The spaghetti were perfect al dente and the parmeggiano very tasty.
With the spinach I had to overcome some old resentment, coz my Mom always said: spinach makes you strong…look at popeye!!! This I remember very well and for a lot of years I never ate spinach.
But this spinafrie taste so so good; it is very crunchy and has a rich flavor of herbs…fantastic…
10:18 AM to be serious: I believe, the result from popeye starts with me too…I feel my trizeps growing…
For me, the filled ground beef roll was unknown in this way, but clearly a win for my senses.
The guests here have a great advantage with all this desserts.
As a standard, there is always a fruit salad, but aside they offered a crocant-crème-biscuit-cake (unfortunately the picture is blured, but this is a real shooter!!!) and a peach-crème-cake. Both was tested through me in a very accurate way and I can tell you: 100% pefect for daily use.
